Most Gold Plated Products supplid by GoldProducts are plated using pure 24ct gold. 24ct is mainly used for decorative purposes and is what jewellers class as yellow gold. We use this on items that are used for trophy's or memorabilia. Gold Ipods, Gold Mobile Phones, Gold Consoles and Gold Products that are plated with 24ct Gold, are plated with a lot more gold due to the items being used more, but can also be plated in any shade/carat of gold required. All Gold products plated with 24ct Gold are assessed carefully to work out the amount of gold needed and plated accordingly. Some religions insist on 24ct Gold Plating and therefore jewellery will be plated to the best possible thickness to enable wearing of the items.

Rose Gold Plating is a harder wearing Gold than 24ct Gold Plating and has a pink/red tint to it. This Gold is very popular for items or Gold Products being bought/plated for females. Rose Gold Ipods, Rose Gold Mobile Phones look absolutely stunning and are a very popular seller. The reason this Gold is harder wearing is due to an additive being added to the pure gold to make it harder. As with all our gold plating, correct cleaning of plated items will ensure long life, and a care sheet is provided with all items sold by us on what can and cannot be used. Gold Products cannot be cleaned with abrasive items at any time as this will remove the thickness of the Gold and eventually go through to the base metal.

An application will only be approved if you are eligible for discounts with us based on trade quantities being purchased. Once an account has been set up by us you can just log into www.goldproducts.co.uk with the log in details you created and any special discounts we have given you will be automatically adjusted through the site. Accounts can also be created for normal purchasing customers if you are a repeat customer. This will save you keep putting details in the system on every purchase.
