PaymentsPayment is all inclusive as we are not VAT registered. The price you see on the products is the price you pay + postage costs. Postage cost is shown once the product(s) is/are added to the shopping cart. We use secure Paypal as our payment method and a confirmation email is sent out as soon as the product(s) is/are purchased and paid for. Please do not forget to add any relevant information regarding product(s) purchased. Some products are available in different colours and carats of Gold and each product that has options can be made using the drop down boxes on the individual product page. This is shown in the paypal shopping cart. We ask you to double check your order before confirming payment. As soon as payment is made we get straight to work on your product requirements. Process timeWe aim to get your products shipped as quickly as possible. Some products may take a little longer than others if you require specific items to be engraved or made to your personal specific requirements. Most items are sent out within 3 working days. Some items that are not in stock are still available to purchase as we can have them delivered to us within 2 working days. We use only UK suppliers like Apple and Nokia and always pay for quicker delivery to us from these suppliers. Once the item is paid for we will process it within 3 working days and have it sent out to you without delay. DeliveryWe use royal mail 1st class recorded delivery or special delivery next day. If the item is valued at over £50 we always use special delivery and this is guaranteed to arrive with you the following day from being posted out by us. If a delivery day lands on a friday after being purchased and processed, we will send you an email to let you know this and see if you want the product(s) posted that day. The reason for this is Friday deliveries will possibly arrive on a Saturday and there may be no-one to take delivery. All parcels sent out by us require a signature on delivery whether it is recorded or special delivery. We cannot say what time your parcel will be delivered on the day of delivery, but special delivery is no later than 1pm. |
